B2B/B2G Meetings Program

We will be facilitating expressions of interest sent through this web site, from interested attendees that MUST be registered for ADS Expo Atlantic 2020, for one-on-one Business-to-Business and Business-to-Government meetings with participating companies, organizations and government officials.

Each company requesting meetings will initially be limited to a maximum of five (5) requests resulting in up to five (5) confirmed meetings, 15 minutes in length each in order to allow maximum participation in the program. The system will technically allow you to ask for any number of meetings - so it is important to make your choices before submitting them and to put those requests in priority order; remember, only five (5) confirmed meetings in total will be allowed per company.

Additional requests may be accommodated at the discretion of the meeting coordinators and event organizers. As availability is limited, requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The Meeting Request system will CLOSE at the end of the business day on Friday, September 25, so don't hesitate to check out the system as soon as you have a chance.

It is important to remember that the organization receiving the meeting request is not obligated to accept it. This is where the role of our meeting coordinators is important - as they will let those requesting the meetings know whether their request has been accepted and if so, to work out the details of a specific 15-minute timeslot with both parties. These meetings will all take place at the designated times on September 30 (1500-1700 ADT) and October 1 (1000-1200 ADT).

Where this is a virtual event, these meetings will all be conducted via video conferencing software. Leading up to the dates of the live event, our meeting coordinators will work to ensure that the process is as simple and straightforward as possible when it comes to using the software and they will also be available to provide support during the live event.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to have your request approved, you must be registered as an ADS Expo Atlantic 2020 attendee ABSOLUTELY no later than Friday, September 25. If you cannot be verified as a registered attendee by that date, your arranged meeting time(s) will be cancelled.
